Responsible for all building maintenance and capital improvements of our facility. Including: replacing lightbulbs, batteries, routine Fire Alarm and Sprinkler checks, HVAC and electrical repair. Also providing improvements to the parsonage and exterior grounds of St. Paul's.
Ensure facility is maintained in a safe, comfortable, healthy, and inviting manor. Informs the church council of identifyed problem areas, and coordinates various inspections as mandated.
